On May 26, 2023, the annual shareholder meeting resolved that a dividend of €10 per share with a nominal value of €1,000 be distributed to the shareholders from the profit from the 2021/2022 financial year on date September 30, 2023. The addional remaining profit shall be set in the revenue reserve.
